Overview
Swoffers, Guernsey’s leading estate agent, is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Production Assistant to join our dynamic team. This is a varied and fast-paced role focused on supporting the marketing and property listing functions, ensuring that all property content is accurate, engaging and up-to-date across digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities
1. Property Content Management:
• Create and edit high-quality property listings for the Swoffers website
• Upload professional photographs, floor plans, videos and written descriptions to relevant platforms
• Liaise with negotiators to ensure accurate information is recorded for each listing
• Maintain consistency and presentation across all listings in line with brand standards
2. Website & CMS Maintenance
• Update TV screen advertisements and manage Embed Signage accounts and connections
• Update property availability status and pricing on the Swoffers website
• Support day-to-day content updates and contribute to continuous website improvements
• Ensure time-sensitive content (e.g. featured listings or new instructions) is posted promptly
3. Social Media & Digital Marketing
• Assist with scheduling and publishing content across social media platforms (e.g. Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn)
• Help create engaging posts promoting new listings, property features, news updates and company achievements
• Monitor social media channels and flag comments or enquiries for follow-up4. Administrative Support
• Prepare brochures and marketing collateral
• Help coordinate and maintain the digital media library (photos, videos and templates)
• Liaise with third-party providers regarding marketing materials as required
Key Skills & Attributes
• Excellent attention to detail and a flair for written content
• Good working knowledge of content management systems and Microsoft Office
• Familiarity with image editing tools and social media platforms
• Organised and able to manage multiple priorities to tight deadlines
• A team player with a can-do attitude and strong communication skills
Desirable Experience
• Previous experience in a marketing, property or administrative role
• Experience with website CMS (e.g. WordPress), scheduling tools (e.g. Later, Buffer) or CRM systems
• Basic graphic design or photo editing experience (e.g. Canva, Photoshop)
