Our Property Management Service
Swoffers has the largest residential management team on the island. If you sign up for our Management Service, you will have your very own dedicated Property Manager who will offer you the following services:
- We will handle all rent payments, hold the deposit, deduct any fees, and provide a detailed statement along with your net rent payment every month
- We will have direct contact with your tenant(s) and deal with any issues that arise or questions they may have
- When required we will liaise directly with tradesmen on your behalf
- We will attend the property with any tradesmen where necessary
- We will carry out routine inspections of your property during the tenancy
- We will prepare a detailed inventory and schedule of condition of your property, check-in and check-out your tenants and manage any issues that may arise.
- We can also offer a bespoke service to meet any short or long-term specific property management needs you may have.
