Swoffers have secured a sponsorship deal with Guernsey Cricket for their Weekend League Cricket Programme over the next three years
The league is the grounding for players with aspirations to represent Guernsey in international cricket around the world and, following the recruitment of a former professional cricketer to manage the Island Cricket Team, we have no doubt that the sport is going to take on a much higher profile in years to come.
Swoffers will also be sponsoring a ‘Player of the Month’.
Finally, we are proud to announce that Andy Biggins, one of our local market negotiators and a well known local cricketer who has played for Guernsey on a number of occasions, has also been appointed assistant coach to the Island side.
