The Open Market has never been stronger. Total sales value for the year reached £194.4m – the highest ever recorded. Of that total, Swoffers handled £141.8m, representing a 73% share of the entire market value.
Our performance at the top end of the market has been particularly noteworthy. In 2025, there were ten sales over £4m and Swoffers completed every single one of them. By securing the top ten most valuable sales of the year, we have proven that we are the agency of choice for Guernsey’s most prestigious properties.

For those looking to move to the island or relocate within the Open Market, Swoffers remains the primary agency. We held 75% of all instructions in 2025. Crucially, with sole agency instructions, 47% of all Open Market properties were only available to view through Swoffers.
