Swoffers’ latest Open Market property and lifestyle magazine has just been published.

Featuring interviews with award-winning chef Nathan Davies from Guernsey’s newest dining experience, Vraic, alongside the widest range of Open Market properties for sale and rent, the magazine offers a great mix of interesting articles about the island and details of potential new homes.

In this issue, we celebrate a record-breaking year for the Open Market. We take an in-depth look at the statistics behind 2025 – a year that has officially entered the history books, with Swoffers handling every single transaction over £4m.

Inside this edition…

  • We go behind the scenes at Vraic to meet Michelin-recognised chef Nathan Davies. Discover the primal ethos of Guernsey’s most talked-about new restaurant, where local ingredients and fire-led cooking take centre stage.
  • We sit down with Charlie Cox, CEO of our chosen charity for 2025, At Home in Guernsey. She discusses the charity’s ambitious plans to eradicate homelessness and their innovative new Supported Lodgings scheme that turns spare rooms into stepping stones for those in need.
  • If you haven’t visited the new Victoria Park, you should check out this amazing facility. Directors Rob Jones and Tony Vance discuss the transformation of the site into a state-of-the-art football and events venue, featuring a world-class 3G pitch of the same calibre as those used at the Manchester City stadium.

There is also plenty of information about the practicalities of moving to Guernsey and what the island can offer, as well as our expert thoughts for the future of the market.

Copies have already been posted both on and off island. You can pick up a copy from our office in Ann’s Place, St Peter Port, or take a look at our online editions – Click here for the lifestyle section and click here to see the Open Market portfolio.
