1. The Promoter

2. Competition Period

The competition will launch on Monday 1st December, and entries will close on Monday 15th December. Any entries received after the closing date will not be eligible.

3. Eligibility

· The competition is a local competition and is open to residents of Guernsey who are 18 years or older.
· Employees of Swoffers and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter.

4. How to Enter

· To enter, participants must visit the Swoffers website and locate the small, hidden Santa icon.
· The placement of Santa is random, meaning each visitor may find Santa on a different page.
· Once the Santa icon is spotted, the participant must click on it.
· Upon clicking, a short form will prompt the participant to enter their name and email.
· By submitting their details, the participant is automatically entered into the prize draw.
· Only one entry per person is permitted.

5. The Prize

· The prize is one (1) £250 Creasey’s voucher.
· The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable and no cash alternative will be offered.
· Swoffers is not responsible for the use or misuse of the voucher once it has been collected by the winner.

6. Winner Selection and Notification

· The winner will be selected randomly from all eligible entries.
· The winner will be announced via Facebook on Wednesday 17th December.
· The winner will also be contacted directly via email on Wednesday 17th December to arrange collection of the voucher.
· If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within a reasonable timeframe (to be determined by Swoffers), Swoffers reserves the right to select an alternative winner.

7. Data Protection

· By entering, participants agree that their name may be announced on social media if they are the winner.
· Contact details provided will be used solely for the purpose of administering this competition (including winner notification) and will be stored securely.
