Guernsey’s leading estate agent, Swoffers, has promoted Open Market specialist Sophie Ephgrave to its team of directors.
Sophie, 35, has been with the company for 12 years. After spending five years on the Local Market team as a sales negotiator, she was recruited to Open Market seven years ago, where she’s gained considerable experience in both sales and rentals.
‘I’m very excited about becoming more involved in a successful and ever-evolving company,’ said Sophie.
‘Swoffers enjoyed a record year in 2016, which resulted in some substantial open market sales and though it’s still early days, the signs are looking good for another successful year.’
Fellow director Spencer Noyon said Miss Ephgrave’s experience and professionalism were an asset to the company: ‘We’re delighted to have Sophie on board as a director and excited about what she can bring to the role going forward.’
