La Moinerie Village can accommodate a total of, 43 guests split across the foloowing accomodations. Two superior lodges, seven classic lodges, three double/twin farmhouse rooms and one single farmhouse room.

La Moinerie Village has mains electricity, oil-fired boilers for central heating and hot water and LPG gas bottles for cooking. The water is supplied by the property’s own borehole and has its own sewage system.

Term: Multi-year terms.

Property Tax: £11,484.00 per annum at the 2026 rate of £22.00 per domestic ‘quarter’. The measurements of the property equate to 522 quarters.
